How to use it — step by step:

1. Start by entering your monthly leads — the number of new people who contact you or inquire about your product/service in a month.
2. Next, enter your conversion rate as a percentage — how many of those leads actually turn into paying customers. A rough estimate works fine if you don’t have the exact number.
3. In the follow-ups field, enter how many times on average you contact a lead — calls, messages, or emails combined.
4. Enter your average deal value — basically, how much an average sale is worth. You can choose the currency: Rs, $, €, or £.
5. Enter your team size — just the people who actually close deals, not admin or support staff.
6. Once everything is filled in, click the “Calculate My Growth” button.
7. A circular gauge will instantly show your score out of 100. Alongside it, you’ll see your current revenue, projected revenue, and growth percentage.
8. Below that, you’ll get a few practical tips — tailored to your specific numbers, showing exactly where you can improve.
9. If someone prefers Urdu, they can tap the “اردو” button in the top-right corner — the entire tool switches language, and the layout adjusts automatically for Urdu (right-to-left).
